Cell Engager for Solid Tumors: A four-compartment model linking T cell receptors (TCR) to tumor-associated antigens (TAA) on tumor and normal cells.

Model diagrams and parameters

Each model in the Cell Engager Model Pack includes a mechanism of action diagram and a pharmacology diagram with model parameters and their nominal values. Each model in Certara IQ has a unique set of parameters, based on the model pharmacology and number of compartments. In the app, each parameter contains a default value based on expansive literature searches and references.
