Functional readouts in Alzheimer’s Disease is highly variable due to different comedications, genotypes, amyloid- and tau loads. We explore whether a mechanism-driven Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) model, calibrated with group average data, could be used to predict individual cognitive Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale Cognitive Subscale (ADAS-Cog) trajectories.
