This interactive, in-person, hands-on workshop trains attendees in using Certara IQ™, an AI-enabled QSP modeling platform that accelerates drug development. You will learn to build, optimize, and scale QSP models using AI-guided workflows, cloud-based simulations, and model libraries. Through the QSP case studies, you will see how Certara IQ streamlines systems pharmacology and supports confident decision-making across discovery to clinical stages.

Joshua Apgar, PhD

VP, Head of QSP Software

Sasha Shirman, PhD

Associate Principal Modeler

Sasha Shirman is an Associate Principal Modeler on the Customer Success team at Certara. Her work on the Customer Success team supports users of Certara IQ software by providing training, examples, and direct guidance. Prior to this, Sasha worked as a modeling consultant at Certara, supporting clients by developing model based predictions using Certara’s software.

Sasha received her PhD from the University of California – San Diego in Physics and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Applied Mathematics at Northwestern University. Her research focused on the application of data driven parameter identification methods in biological systems.
