• A QSP model was developed and calibrated using >70 data sets from in-house and public resources with 4 anti-Aβ mAbs and an anti-tau ASO for AD.
• The model adequately captured drug PK, Aβ, and tau biomarker data, including amyloid re-accumulation after depletion and the effects of anti-Aβ mAbs on tau pathology.

This work features a collaboration between Applied BioMath and Biogen. Applied BioMath was acquired by Certara in December 2023.
