This webinar is the second of a two-part RsNLME introduction series and will further review core functionality. RsNLME is a collection of R packages and companion RShiny apps that allow pharmacometric scientists to run models using the Certara NLME engine directly from the R command line. A key theme for RsNLME development is expanded workflow support beyond the core analysis. A demonstration will be provided to review the capability within shiny apps to allow users to tag parts of analysis for inclusion and creation of “submission ready” reports.
