Delivering Commitments to Patients and Stakeholders: A Case Study

The Situation:

1. A major pharmaceutical company came to us for strategic planning and writing support to publish a supplement comprising 5 articles. The aim of the supplement was to provide a comprehensive source of current disease state and treatment information for researchers, healthcare providers, patients, care givers, policy makers and payers with the overarching aim of improving patient outcomes associated with the specific disease.
2. The client needed medical publication professionals who would step in and help them identify an appropriate publisher and journal within their budget, and once selected, draft the proposal, and manage journal correspondence.
3. In addition, they needed both professional publications writing support as well as specific therapeutic area expertise to assist with developing the 5 articles.
